Hello. I have been a registered, practicing Social Worker, providing individual therapy in Peterborough since 2013 and working in social services, grief, palliative care, experiential outdoor education, with youth and adults for many years before that!

I bring compassion, connection and high level therapeutic skills to my work with people who are 13 years of age or older. I have an extensive background in working with people struggling with many things including grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles of all kinds. I have worked extensively with youth, families and adults.

Finding balance in life’s twists and turns can feel overwhelming, especially when stress and expectations leave us feeling stuck and disconnected. At Spoke Psychotherapy, I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and with your goals, guiding you toward healing and growth. I provide evidence-based care rooted CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), which is goal oriented, designed to help you navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction and stressful life situations. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that hold you back and create pathways to a more fulfilling, connected life.

I will strive to help you find balance at every turn—because healing is a journey, and you don’t have to travel it alone. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself no matter what circumstances have come your way.

Since 2013, I’ve had the deep honour of walking alongside people who are seeking peace in the midst of life’s struggles—while also wanting to stay rooted in their spiritual or religious traditions. Whether you’re facing grief, guilt, questions of identity, relationship challenges, trauma, or spiritual unrest, I’m here to support you with compassion and care.

I feel passionately drawn to this work because I believe that when you heal, we all heal. I believe your family members are my neighbours; that your workplace or business is a vital part of our shared community, and that having healthy people, healthy families, and a healthy community will benefit everyone’s continued health and healing. I truly want you to feel at peace with yourself so that you can pursue your spiritual life while feeling less burdened.
